Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a California litigation firm to hire Remote Deposition Attorneys (Multiple Openings).

The firm is known for its strong civil litigation defense practice and commitment to delivering strategic legal solutions for its clients. With a collaborative culture and streamlined remote environment, the firm offers attorneys the opportunity to focus on substantive deposition work while maintaining flexibility and work-life balance.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced litigation attorneys who enjoy taking and defending depositions and are interested in a project-based engagement supporting active civil defense matters. These openings offer meaningful responsibility, direct case involvement, and the ability to work remotely while partnering with an established litigation team.

This is a remote, project-based opportunity anticipated to last 4-6 months, with a schedule of approximately 40 hours per week. Compensation is $40-$50 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Take and defend depositions of homeowners, witnesses, and other parties in civil litigation defense matters
  • Prepare for depositions through case review, witness preparation, and strategic planning
  • Draft post-deposition summaries, reports, and related documentation for litigation teams
  • Participate in hearings, depositions, and other litigation-related proceedings as needed

Requirements

  • Active California Bar license required
  • Minimum of 3 years of deposition experience in civil litigation matters
  • Civil litigation defense experience required
  • Strong deposition preparation, witness examination, and case analysis skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
